PDF Hyperlink Automation: Intelligent Medical Document Processing with Google Drive Integration
BPO billing: 1–2 projects per day became under 10 minutes each — ~99% of the manual time gone
Built for a live BPO billing operation at 1POINT1: clerks were drowning in a multi-step process — split bulk patient PDFs, upload to Google Drive, summarize, copy share URLs, paste hyperlinks into Word statements, and manually sort paragraphs by date. On 1,000-page documents, the team sometimes completed only one project per day.
This Django application automates the entire workflow end-to-end. Upload Word + bulk PDF → extract page ranges, split in seconds, parallel-upload to organized Drive folders, auto-sort date paragraphs, and batch-insert verified hyperlinks. The flagship One-Click workflow streams live progress via SSE.
